FlyWheels.jpg (81431 bytes)

Good old Harley Flywheels
PullBearing1.jpg (33128 bytes) Pulling the old Timkens
PullBearing3.jpg (45233 bytes) Bearings off and flywheel cleaned.
Drill.jpg (54035 bytes)  These are S+S heads and rocker boxes and unlike stock heads there are no studs to fasten the boxes. They are fastened with bolts a much better design.
Drilling.jpg (80363 bytes) I'm counter boring the rocker box bolt holes for socket head screws. This will give a much cleaner look to the top of the motor.
RecesScew.jpg (73306 bytes) The finished counter bore. When this is done I can send the boxes out for chrome.
BoxTops.jpg (35987 bytes) The boxes back form chrome.
I have put together a little how to on putting these things together.
